I would like to know if your excercises sets are in seconds or minutes?
Hi Taya! For the Slender Set workouts, the times listed correspond to the time of the song. Otherwise, I believe everything is in seconds. Let me know if there’s a specific workout you have a question on.
Hey! I wanted to know how many times I should do the slender set: legs+butt to get a really firm butt?
BTW, great website!
I want to know how many time a day or week should I do these?
Hello :) I was wonder which workouts will help with love handles?? I love the abs and oblique workout to my milkshake haha. Thank you!
Great website!!! When are you going to add more song work outs? I do these workouts with my volleyball and cheerleaders I coach!!!
Thank you, Amy! The Slender Set workouts kind of come sporadically as I hear songs that I think would work best for them. If you have any recommendations, please send them in! You have no idea how happy it makes me that you’re sharing these with your athletes! If you sent in a video, I think I might hyperventilate. (That was a suggestion that you send in a video!)
I think Justin Timberlake suit and tie would make a GREAT one. Ditto Thrift shop and Bruno Mars Paradise.
But also, why not some throwbacks, I mean, heck, Michael Jackson would be great! or some TLC! Stuff that you always love to jam to when the radios deign to play it. And don’t forget about Sir Mix-a-lot! cause he likes big butts :P that could be a fun one!
source: I have a music degree, ergo I have rhythm, these break down into smaller chunks VERY nicely.
Thanks for the suggestions, Rachel! I especially love the throwback idea… Feeling very inspired!
Hi there! I was wondering if you could post a YouTube video of someone performing these exercises to the music itself. I personally am a visual learner and it has been pretty difficult to learn the moves looking back and forth between paper and screen. Thanks!
Hi Shweta! Doing a video is definitely something I’ve thought of doing, but I don’t have a lot of experience with making/editing/posting videos. Hopefully by the end of summer I’ll have the time to get into a project like that! Keep your eyes peeled!
