A friend sent me to your blog after I told her about My Fit Foods… Have you figured out how to make their Oat Bake? I had it the other day and it is like eating dessert for breakfast… Oatmeal, coconut, almonds, cinnamon…but I’m not sure what else. Not many calories…
I haven’t completely perfected their Oat Bake, but check out my Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal Bake recipe. It’s not quite as moist as theirs but I think the nutrition in mine is a little more beefy while still being absolutely delicious. ; )
