Fat Free Chocolate Greek FroYo | The Slender Student

Chocolate Greek Froyo
Calories: 90 | Fat: 0 g (Sat Fat: 0 g) | Carbohydrate: 8.5 g | Fiber: 1 g| Protein: 13.5 g

ingredients:
1/2 C fat free Greek yogurt
2 T sugar free hot chocolate mix (or 2 T cocoa powder + 1 packet Splenda)
optional: 1/2 banana sliced, 2 T Cool Whip, 1 T carob or dark chocolate chips

directions:
1. In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and hot chocolate mix
2. Freeze for an hour, stirring halfway through (try not to let it freeze for too long, otherwise it’ll become crystallized instead of smooth)
3. Top with the optional extras!

  1. Hey I just wanted to say that I LOVE you recipes. I tried this one today and wanted to offer an idea I came up with. It was great and I thought you would like to try it too.

    Instead of the hot chocolate mix, I used 2 T off Maxwell House international Cafe Suisse Mocha powder (decaf and sugar free), plus I added 1T of chopped up Ghirardelli’s 100% unsweetened cacao chocolate, and 2 strawberries diced.
